- grind 11g of coffee [1]
- boil 200g water
- put the filter in the cap, no need for rinsing
- put coffee into brewer
- put on top of cup and then on top of scale
- pour all water in, start a timer, and put the plunger in about 1cm
- timer for 2 minutes
- holding the brewer and the piston, gently swirl the brewer
- wait 30 seconds
- press all the way down
ground at the finer end of medium, assuming this is light roasted coffee. The darker you go the more you may prefer to increase the dose and coarsen the grind ↩︎
