75 Hard is a challenge to train your mental toughness by adhering a strict daily regimen.
- Follow a diet. Zero cheat meals. No alcohol.

- Workout 2x a day, ≥45mins each. 1 workout must be outside.

- Drink 1 gallon (3.8L) of water.

- Read 10 pages of a non-fiction self-improvement/business book.

- Take a progress picture.
(If you fail to do any of the above, you restart at Day 1.)
