The 75 Hard Challenge

75 Hard is a challenge to train your mental toughness by adhering a strict daily regimen.

  1. Follow a diet. Zero cheat meals. No alcohol.
    1. Workout 2x a day, ≥45mins each. 1 workout must be outside.
    1. Drink 1 gallon (3.8L) of water.
    1. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction self-improvement/business book.
    1. Take a progress picture.

(If you fail to do any of the above, you restart at Day 1.)
