Shrimp Check originated from the a Tumblr post I stumbled upon randomly (hat tip to james roach music on Tumblr). On the face of it, it’s just a funny meme about friends reminding each other to check their [[Posture]]^[1], but it’s one of those phrases that is so incredibly fun to say I find myself mumbling it to myself under my breath.
